The Fund for the Arts’ mission is to serve and strengthen participating arts groups in the Greater Kanawha Valley by providing educational and financial support read more and by sponsoring community cultural and artistic events. As part of
our mission, we provide operating expense assistance to twelve member arts groups that operate in the Kanawha Valley. These groups are:

Children’s Theatre of Charleston
Clay Center’s Avampato Discovery Museum
Friends of Old Time Music and Dance
River City Youth Ballet Ensemble
West Virginia Symphony Orchestra
